CIPHERDECKScan a slab or photograph a card — CipherDeck identifies it, pulls live market values, and keeps your inventory organized. Price trade-ins at shows, print price labels, watch what’s hot, and export clean listings to SortSwift, eBay, or PriceCharting.
Drop a collection export from any app — the format is detected automatically. Cards land in your collection; add a bin now or organize later. Duplicates merge instead of doubling up.
Send your collection to another platform. Graded slabs going to SortSwift are matched to their base card in the TCGplayer catalog automatically, with the grade kept in the name and notes.
Read a slab's barcode or QR, or photograph a card. The details fill in for you — PSA certs resolve straight from the cert number.
Current value plus graded PSA, CGC, and BGS prices on every card, from PriceCharting.
Organize by bin, run counts, and mark items sold or missing. A searchable gallery shows your whole collection with card images.
Clean files for SortSwift, eBay, and PriceCharting, plus converters for DeckTradr, Collectr, and Shiny.

Pick the cards that need fresh price tags, print or download them, then Mark as printed to stamp today’s price — that’s what the “Changed ≥ %” filter compares against next time.
Pick a bin and count what's physically there — scan, or tap items in the list above to confirm. Anything you don't confirm becomes the delta: sold by default, or mark missing.

CipherDeck is in beta — and bug hunters get paid. Spot something broken? Tap the 🐛 Report a bug button and tell us. Every verified bug earns you:
🎁 One free month of Premium · 🐛 A Bug Hunter badge on your public collection page
The bug bounty program is offered as a courtesy at CipherDeck’s sole discretion. Whether a submission constitutes a valid, previously unknown, in-scope defect is determined by CipherDeck in its sole and final discretion, and such determinations are conclusive. Rewards are limited to one (1) free month of premium service per verified defect per account, have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be exchanged or redeemed for currency or any other consideration. Duplicate, previously reported, out-of-scope, automated, or bot-generated submissions are ineligible. CipherDeck may modify, suspend, or terminate the program, or amend these terms, at any time, without notice, and without liability of any kind. Nothing in this program creates any contractual entitlement to a reward. Participation constitutes acceptance of these terms and of the CipherDeck Terms of Service.

Welcome to CipherDeck. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CipherDeck applications, websites, and services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by CipherDeck (“CipherDeck,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
CipherDeck provides inventory management, market-price reference data, and selling tools for trading-card sellers. The Service is currently offered in beta: features may change, break, or be discontinued at any time, and availability is not guaranteed.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Usernames are provided at our discretion and may be reclaimed where required (e.g., impersonation or trademark concerns).
Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, including for partial periods. Promotional credits and complimentary access have no cash value and may be modified or revoked at our discretion.
Prices, sales histories, trends, meters, and valuations shown in the Service are estimates compiled from third-party sources for informational purposes only. They are not appraisals, offers, or financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and we do not warrant their accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Trading-card values are volatile; any buying, selling, or trading decision you make is solely your own responsibility.
You retain ownership of the data you add to the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it as needed to operate the Service, including on public collection pages you choose to enable. You are responsible for what you make public and must not upload unlawful content or content you lack rights to.
Any bug bounty, reward, or badge program is offered as a discretionary courtesy. Validity determinations are made by CipherDeck in its sole and final discretion; rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable, and create no contractual entitlement. The program may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time without notice or liability.
From time to time we may offer sweepstakes, giveaways, or similar promotions. Each is governed by its own official rules, which control over these Terms for that promotion. No purchase is ever necessary to enter such promotions, and a purchase will not improve odds of winning. Promotions are void where prohibited by law.
You agree not to: misuse, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service; access it by automated means except through interfaces we provide; submit false, automated, or bad-faith bug reports; interfere with other users; or use the Service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by CipherDeck or its licensors. Pokémon and all related names, marks, and images are trademarks and copyrights of their respective owners, including Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK inc., and The Pokémon Company International. CipherDeck is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or approved by any of these companies, nor by PSA, CGC, BGS, SGC, TAG, eBay, TCGplayer, PriceCharting, SortSwift, or any other grading company or marketplace referenced in the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT DATA (INCLUDING PRICING DATA) WILL BE ACCURATE OR PRESERVED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CIPHERDECK WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (B) TWENTY-FIVE U.S. DOLLARS ($25). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions, these limits apply to the fullest extent permitted.
You will defend and hold harmless CipherDeck from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
(a) Talk to us first (informal resolution). Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at cipherdeck@gmail.com with a written description of the dispute and give us sixty (60) days to work with you in good faith to resolve it informally. Most concerns can be resolved this way, and both parties agree to attempt this in good faith before any formal proceeding.
(b) Binding arbitration. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and CipherDeck agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court or seek injunctive relief for intellectual-property misuse.
(c) Class action and jury waiver. ALL CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT IN THE PARTIES’ INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. YOU AND CIPHERDECK EACH WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.
(d) Opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing cipherdeck@gmail.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, with the subject “Arbitration Opt-Out” and your account email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state of CipherDeck’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except that the Federal Arbitration Act governs Section 13.
We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be announced in the app, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate the Service or your access to it at any time, with or without cause. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

This Privacy Policy explains how CipherDeck (“CipherDeck,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the CipherDeck applications, websites, and services (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Account information. When you create an account we collect your email address and a password (handled by our authentication provider — we never see or store your plaintext password), or, if you sign in with Google or Facebook, the basic profile information those providers share with us: your name, email address, and profile photo. We also store the username you choose.
Content you add. Card inventory details you enter (card names, sets, grades, quantities, cost basis, bins, SKUs, notes), photos you upload, trade records, label-printing history, and bug reports you submit.
Payment information. Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Your card number goes directly to Stripe and never touches our servers; we store only your Stripe customer reference, plan, and subscription status.
Usage information. Search queries inside the app (used to improve card coverage), basic request logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) kept for security and rate-limiting, and app preferences stored locally on your device (for example theme and printer settings).
We use this information to operate and improve the Service: authenticating you, syncing your inventory, showing market data, processing subscriptions, responding to support requests and bug reports, preventing abuse and fraud, and announcing Service updates. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Your collection is private by default. If you turn on public sharing, your username, badge, and a limited view of your cards (names, sets, grades, quantities, and market values) become visible to anyone with your link. Your cost basis, SKUs, bins, and notes are never shown publicly. You can switch back to private at any time.
We share information only with the processors that make the Service run: Supabase (authentication and database hosting), Stripe (payments), Railway (application hosting), market-data providers (your card search terms are sent to pricing services such as PriceCharting and PokemonPriceTracker to fetch prices — no account information is included), Anthropic (the text of bug reports may be processed by an AI model to help us validate them), and the sign-in provider you choose (Google or Facebook). Each provider receives only what it needs to perform its function.
If you sign in with Google or Facebook, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from that provider. We never receive your password for those services, we never post on your behalf, and we do not access your contacts, friends, or feed. You can disconnect the app at any time from the provider’s own security settings (for example Facebook → Settings → Apps and Websites).
We use browser local storage and session tokens strictly to keep you signed in and remember preferences (theme, printer, cached price data). We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site trackers.
We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. Request logs and rate-limiting records are kept for a short operational window. When your account is deleted, associated personal data is removed from our production systems within 30 days, and from backups on the backup rotation schedule (up to 90 days).
You can request deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time:
1. Email cipherdeck@gmail.com from the email address on your account with the subject line “Delete my data”.
2. We will confirm and delete your account, inventory, photos, and profile within 30 days.
3. If you signed in with Google or Facebook, you can additionally remove CipherDeck’s access from that provider’s app settings. Removing the app from Facebook automatically sends us a deletion signal for the data received from Facebook.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Records we are legally required to keep (for example payment records held by Stripe for tax purposes) are retained as required by law.
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest by our hosting providers. Access to production data is limited to the operator of the Service. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password.
Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or the CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email cipherdeck@gmail.com. We do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights, and we do not sell or “share” personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA.
The Service is not directed to children and is limited to users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18; if we learn we have, we will delete it.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app, and the “Last updated” date above will change. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
Privacy questions or requests: cipherdeck@gmail.com.
